I have an automatic document feeder on my scanner... i will just dump all into that and scan things each day and toss the paper... I can then save what I need and trash the rest as is needed

That's a great solution!

We try to be paperless in our small office.  We also use an automatic document scanner and scan a stack of paper all at once.  It's then sorted and filed on the computer.  We also "print" to PDF and email when possible and request the same. 

Another great solution, Lenox. If you can prevent the amount of paper coming in, you'll have less to deal with. Great idea!
